you will be very happy if you see people along the road there. Locals would stop by in the morning to offer langosta and camarones. Warm water lots of firewood around and no mosquitos.
General
...some development planned in the area but nothing to worry about. Take the road northbound from La pastora near too santos and there is at least 100 miles of untouched surf all the way to Las Barrancas. We bought property there and will be there forever.
