Baja California Sur
Isn't this actually called Baja California Sur even by the locals? And no it isn't some USA thing. Even California is a SPANISH name. I was told Baja Sur was an awesome place to surf. Went to southern Mexico on vacation and asked about it, and I was promptly ridiculed for being an idiot American and told it is Baja California Sur. So for accuracy, and ease of finding the place, maybe it would be better to correct it? Just saying...

Do I need a car?
If your staying in Cabo you can get the bus out to a couple of spots quite easily, so long as your happy to walk a bit. It would probably be an idea to get a car for a few days to get away from the crowds. Remember, Cabo is America-on-sea, so there are drunken idiots everywhere. That said, I had a great time.

Need a ride!!!
I'm going to baja sur on Monday(March 16th)I just bought a plane ticket but need a ride to some spots. Prolly wanna camp it most of the time. Anyone wanna split fuel costs?!?!?

Im heading to the Cabo area in early May. How consistent can I expect it to be and should I surf the west coast or the east cape? Any info on this will be helpful.

My friend and I are looking for an accommodation to rent for 6 weeks in Todos Santos. We would love something on the beach of course... who wouldn't!
