Cross the boarder to Tijuana. Get the toll road to Ensenada/Rosarito. Enter Rosarito city. Drive straight in main ave. 2 or 3 blocks before Festival Plaza Hotel there is a Banamex (Bank). Turn right and go straight to the beach. You can park you car in front of the beach.
ROSARITO HIGH TIDES
I LIVE IN ROSARITO AND SURF ON ROSARITO , THERE ARE 3 WAVES OR SPOTS THAT I LIKE ,THE FIRST ITS IN THE RIGTH SIDE OF THE PIER , ROSARITO WILL MAINLY HAVE LARGER LEFTS THAN RIGHTS , THE SECOND ONE ITS RIGHT IN FRONT OF LAS QUINTAS DEL MAR , ITS A PEAK THAT BREAKS BETTER ON THE LEFT , AND THERES ITS ALSO A RIGHT THAT ITS ABOUT 200 YDS SOUTH OF THE JETTY ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE PIER , THE BEST TIME TO SURF ROSARITO ITS ALWAYS ON A HIGH TIDE OR DESCENDING TIDE, WHEN THE TIDE ITS LOW OR TOO LOWS GETS IT TUBBY AND CLOSES OUT V ERY MUCH ....

Rosarito Surf Can Be Fun
I am from SD and surf Rosarito a every now and again when we go down there to have fun. The wave is powerful and the size can be decieving from the shore. Sometimes it looks small and weak but once out there it can get pretty good. Don't run around showcasing your surfboards just get to the beach do your thing and put your board up. The locals are cool and will leave you alone if you just give them thier space, there is plenty of beach down there. One cool thing is you can listen to the Clubs music while you surf! On last thing, there is alot of wild life in the water but I'm still here to talk about it and so are alot of other people so just be safe and have fun.
