Hard to access. Its a long paddle (30 min) out from Porto Seco but there are lots of fishermen boats you can ask for a ride. You will probably be asked if you need an escort or guide, which you need to understand is a drug deal / request for money. Don't get guided onto private streets (dead ends). Stay in open areas because there are lots of guys just hanging around and they will give you long scary looks. No tourists here.
