Atamis is a private resort with a private beachbreak, and there is a free beach next to it (West) that has waves, and lots of little palapa restaurants with great prices. Black sand rivermouth...3km before El Zonte.
A dozen points and beachbreaks along a beautiful scenic highway...like Ventura highway with no crowds and warm water. Lots of cheap places to stay.
General
El Salvador is a great country, nice people, and one of the last great untrammelled surf destinations...info supplied by, and more pics at www.salvaspan.com
Why Post?
Why post an out of the way wave ...advertisement....and then say that it's private .....advertisement..... and.... just leave it alone and fewer gringos like me won't be burning, as I am right now, to come to your country.Too many people trying to make money off of surfers and surfing. Forget about it. Work hard at something else guys.

ref Bad Accent in El Salvador
Maybe you should learn to spell in your own language first ass-piece. I'm sure your own accent will shine though more than that of El Salvador. I speak Spanish fluently and used to be a teacher. It was always the worst students that complained about not speaking with the right accent.
