Classic Beach break.
People don t go much surf at this beach they prefer Guibia ,even if Chinchorro is better. I don t know really why ,but at least you are sure too find some hollow tubes along a mile long beach.
It has breaks up and down the whole beach so you can find an uncrowded spot, but the best waves are at the other side of the beach ,so when you arrive ,turn right for me it s one of the best waves ,some days it s reminds me of puerto Escondido.

Manresa (Red Beach) - Hey is anyone of you still going to this beach? I would like to go but I don't what to go to the unknown.

Nice plan B - Red Beach has been surfed for decades. Best below 5 feet, any larger it closes out. Waves are fast, short and hollow, many closing out. The sandbars shift, so the sweet spot changes from day to day, sometimes even in the same day. Passing through the poverty zone is spooky at best, cars can get broken into, as they must be left afar, unless you wish to venture into the sand and risk getting stuck. There are nice rights near the harbor's jetty. It is definitely better than Guibia, can get polluted from the Haina River.

Great Shore Break - Perfect barrels in the morning, rigth and left. Just incredible....
