surfing in january/february - i´m going to DR (puerto plata/playa dorada) in the end of january/beginning of february, where are the best and most consistent spots in the north at this time? are there classic fast 3-4 foot waves to surf? at which time at day is the best surf? in the morning? what are the best spots in other regions? especially in the south, south east? please write back, thanks

surf in punta cana - yes there is surf all orind that area.. it as not been explored but you have macao 30 mint drive.. and many others good luck and dont forget your surfboard
