Surf Trip in july - Going on a two week surf trip and plan to spend one week in the tamarindo/playa grande area and then the rest in Jaco/Quepos area. I have surfed Hermosa and Jaco as well as Playa grande a couple times but curious as to how the waves are in Dominical? Any one know? Also, how is Boca Barranca that time of year.
I have a bunch of friends coming down who are learning to surf, are there places to rent boards in Jaco area?

CR, Panama, or El Sal?? - Sup ya'll- I'm in need of some advice. With 2 weeks in August: CR, Panama, or El Salvador? From the posts it seems like a tradeoff between safe/beautiful/crowded (CR), unsafe/polluted/uncrowded (El Sal), to somewhere in between (Panama). I speak Spanish fluently and have been to some sketchy places in Peru, but want to max the waves, fun & chances of survival this Aug. Ideas?

Longboard Costa Rica - Hola,
este mensaje es para Alvaro. Si no te importa como local de Costa Rica me podrías responder a un par de preguntas. ¿Cuáles crees que son las mejores olas para longboard? Y la segunda, pasaré unos días por los volcanes y estoy dudando de llevar mi longboard y cargarlo en el 4x4, además porque me cobran 200 euros de avión. ¿cómo esta el tema de alquiler fuera de Tamarindo y Jaco? ¡Y comprar , como andan de precio los longboards y cúal es el mejor sitio? Gracias, y perdona por molestarte y dirigirme directamente a ti.

Otra vez para Mateo - Mateo, te recomiendo que veas "Frankenplasma" de Volcom. Ahi sale una seccion de Playa Marbella en Guanacaste para que veas el tamano de los tubos! Son increibles! Tuanis mae!
