Mal Pais or Dominical - During offseason neither place will be very crowded, but Dominical is always less crowded since it is farther away. I would go to Dominical only if you are sure that the waves are pumping. Go to Pavones!

To Rent or not to Rent??? - I'm headed to CR the first week of October, scum sucking airline wants to charge me $80 EACH WAY, PER BOARD!!!! This is a little out of budget. The Babes - You have to be lucky to be there during a National Holiday to see lots of babes. Most babes come from San Jose for vacation to those areas, especially during Holy Week and New Year's Eve. During low season or when everyone is at work/school in San Jose, the girls you see in those areas are mostly tourists (well, at least the attractive ones).
