Surf in June - I'm planning on heading down to the Pacific side in June this year, I was just wondering if anyone had any recommendations on where to go. I'd prefer a sick point break, but beach breaks work too. Obviously, would like to avoid the crowds as best I can.

CR in January - I was on the Caribbean side last January and scored big. Now I would like to hit the SW coast. I know the offshores whip hard that time of year and there is a shortage of swell. What is the possibility of lucking out in the winter?

consistency - i was in CR last year in august and september and it was very consistent.believe the stormrider.
i was 10 days in the north:every day overhead or more.every day no wind or offshore, sometimes a liittle onshore...
in this time of the year i think you can surf every day.
and waveperiods are so long.you sit there 10minutes its flat and then an 6feet set is coming in.

Camping In CR - Hi, I have been in CR for a year. Other than the turtle farm south of the tree but not as far as esterillos, I would not camp on that coast in CR, especially if alone. I have had my car broken into 3 times at hermosa. The turtle farm takes volunteers and has covered/outside accomodation but would be mush safer.

Consistent ? - Hey Guys,
wanted head down to the pacific south, but whole costa rica, panama and even el salvador, are showing no consistency in the graphics..... i was reading different things in the stormrider guide.. whats true ? there should be consistent swell all year, or are there reefs that block the swell ?

Playa Hermosa all August - I'm heading to CR for all of August and my friend bailed on me for lack of money..I'm planning on camping South of Hermosa around Esterillos-Does anyone know if camping around there is sketchy or if there are designated camp sites in Manuel Antonio Park?
