Boat only, Close to ollies point.Take the witches/ollies boat from playas del coco(watch out for dogs in the road on the way there)...ask the tico that drives the boat..he just might take u there..hook him up with a fat tip |

This wave is no joke, Do not charge this wave unless you have a lot of experience. there is no beach just cliffs and rocks, you can only go right, if you go left you will en up in rocks. You do not want to get cought in the inside. If you do you need to paddle to the right, otherwise you will end up in a big pinball machine with large jagged rocks and no where to go. This wave Peels perfectly right with a fast steep take off and a big tube behind it. The reef is really shallow If your not very accurate with your turns you need to pull out preety quick. On the inside the boulders start to expose, and you need to solum throuh them. Its a Hairy dangerous wave but a hell of a ride. |

I have only surfed this spot once we saw it breaking on the way from ollies to witches. Ollies was 6-8ft and when we pulled up here it was 10-12+, No joke. The guide said it doesnt break very much.We must have been lucky. I dont really know if the name of this spot is Labyrinth , I never saw it in writing but thats the best we could make out of the guides English. This isnt a secret spot because most surfers that traval costa do the witches boat tour, And if its breakin you wont miss it, There was no one else in the line up, but right around the point there was at least 30 dudes out at Ollies. They all had to see it on the way out. This isnt a place you will have to worry about a bunch of barnos crowding the line up. |
