Where's Witches Rock? - Hey, why isn't witches rock listed here anymore? It's freaking epic. Someone should post it again. It's not like it's a secret, in any event. But if you're travelling the Gunacaste, you're nuts if you pass up the boat trip to witches.

Guanacaste in April - Was wondering where the best places to stay are to be close to the waves? Is Playa Grande with in walking distance from Tamarindo? And is Tamarindo worth bothering with? How easy is Travelling around to stay at different spots with out a hire car? Any info would be great around the subject of where to stay and spots that I should not miss. Cheers for reading Paulo.

No worrys - Hasseled in the lineup? Not a chance lone female. But the water quality in Tamarindo is ugly. Go to beaches north or south.

First trip to Costa Rica !!! - Hi !

Well, in october i `m going to Costa Rica with some friends to pass maybe 10 days. It is our first international trip and i`d like 03 advices:

-For the first trip (for not advanced surfers); better North Pacific, South Pacific or Atlantic ?
-If its the North, wich point you should recomend ? (Roca Bruja ?)
-And to stay in the north we must rent a car or can we get the rides by bus?

Well, thanks in advance for the attention !
