No Surf
I've been living here for just over 3 years, and The breaks are mushy,small, inconsistant and weak. There are terrible iron shore and reef. Not worth a trip or risking a board with the travel airlines.

Cayman Surf
There are a couple of breaks but they depend on weather. Mostly on the South coast and are fairly inconsistent.
Your best bet for waves is Dec/Jan/Feb - look for the fronts that come through. Better bet to bring your scuba gear...

Coming to visit, hope to find surf!
My wife and I are coming to Grand Cayman for a friend's wedding the first half of December. We hope to find some surf. Bringing boards just in case. A break from the frigid waters of northern Oregon will be nice! Any hints/suggestions?
