Woohoo
Surfered all over St.Thomas and Tortola for 5 years. Some locals are real assholes, hopping on your wave, hot dogging and generally being a pain in the arse. Just stand up for your right to surf and let 'em know you're there and ain't going home anytime soon!

access to beaches
hey there.
my wife and i are flying out to the beautiful bvi from australia for our honeymoon. can you moor a dingy off shore or do you have to beach them? or is driving the only option in getting to the waves? trying to avoid driving for our holiday.

Yo Bill...
In July...? I really woudn't reccomend taking boards out in July, you never know but it might be ok to surf if there is a storm or something. But, im sure if you asked anyone else, its probably not worth it. It depends on how willing you are to fly down with boards, at the risk of not being able to score some waves.
