wow - this beach looks absolutely beautiful, and judging by the pics it looks like it gets really good and heavy from time to time too. maybe i'll jump the puddle from Florida to come surf with you guys sometime. what's usually better here, hurricane swells or winter north atlantic swells? everyone's saying it's very consistent, but of course to make any plane trip worthwhile you're looking for the best a place has to offer. stay up everyone! =) love.

Big boys playground - Well without any doubt Dos Playa is by far the most consistent,epic,sick,kick ass,juicy wave in Aruba.And it is in my concept where the big boys play.Ask anybody who rides this wave almost every day and they tell the same thing.Don't get me wrong it can be very crappy as well(sometimes).

never surfed - hey im planning on going to aruba this yr witha friend. i was wondering we never surfed before and aruba looks like a fun place to start ... how can we learn .. any place that teaches? or ask some locals? thank ya!

broken shocks and backs - a little drive? what the fuck is wrong with you man? i sustained permanent backinjuries from the road to the place, not to mention the damage to my car. the drive is hel and takes eternaly if you have a shitty car.

no title - I just returned from Aruba - I took my boogie board and flippers. dos playa was by far the best. it's a little hard to find, but the guys in the entry shack at the national park were very friendly and very helpful. Their directions were right on, PLUS the locals who were there were friendly. It was fine for boogey boarding - surfing looked crappy.

cool spot to surf - i went when it was at its biggest that it could be man that spot rips kind of dificult to go to the lineup but worth it you can trow almost every kind of trick that spot kicks ass.(try shark bay) almost the same.
