Clarification incorrect
I have surfed all three spots. Breakas is located on the point in front of the resort. There is an A fram in the middle of the bay and Pango Point is the next Point towards Port Villa

breakas
surfed here in November 07.
Great spot. Does suffer from side shore winds as mentioned, but that might change at different times of the year.
was 3-4' and a fun ride. reef only a problem on a lowish tide.
Fantastic resort, so good I bought one of the villas!!
Absolute paradise

breakas and pango are not the same!!!
pango point is a 30 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive away from breakas, and as the name suggest - its at a point! Pango is a heavy left hand break and only good for experience surfers - great place!
In front of breakas there are two surf spots - both very good when its working. Again, great place

clarification
just letting you all know that Breakas, pango point, and the efate island spot are one and the same... yip, all photos posted so far are of the same spot. Don't believe the hype, swell to Vanuatu is largely blocked out by new-cal, and breakas/pango is crosshore in the predominant SE trade winds. All the same, you can find fun waves if your lucky - it just ain't no indo
