I was thinking of going on Cascade - BUT - does it really exclude anyone else from surfing these waves? Also, rather conflicting, how can these waves then be crowded by body-boarders!? There is a lot of conflicting information on here. Cascade interests me due to the lack of advertised 'locals' been surfing where the locals are crazy and it all ended in fisticuffs more than once (not a worry as I used to be a middleweight boxer..) and I just want to ride great waves. Did someone say there are a LOT of sharks...!!!

Old timer - Good message in the other post. If people want to find out about the tuamotu islands, let them figure it out the old fashion way,get in a cargo boat, and go see what you can find. P.S. If you have the slightest shark phobia, do not go to the tuamotu Islands, you will be too scared to even think about surfing.
