The photos featured are of Wairaka not Pukurua Bay Pt.It breaks often and the locals are pretty accomadating.Give it a crack as it's very do able.

well jst 2 start this off kapiti island was crap the day that this pumped, townies shld stay in twn an not come out. jst cause u managed2 make it off the rockz doesnt make u kelly or the waves good. haha we hav photos of the guys that put them on here and im sure theres afew of us that r waiting 4u2 show up again!!!!!!!!

300 metre rides. Go to the pa
Wairaka is probably 100mtrs at the longest. Usually more like 50 mtrs. If you want 300 metre rides then go to the Pa-point. If you catch one from the outer point that links up with the inner point (The pa wall) then that's easily 300 metres. However it's gotta be absolutely huge and a high tide to do this.
