flat rock is easy to find as it is 5 minutes walk around the rocks from stingray bay, doesnt break until stingray bay is 6 to 8 ft.. easy to find flat rock can be seen from tangoio bech it is at the end of the small penicular where stingray bay is.......
a short left hand reef that only breaks on a bigger swell if stingry bay is closing out on a big swell walk around the rocks to flat rock can be seen breaking from tangoio
