| | There is no parking, so your best bet is to go to wood bay, and then around the LEFT point, to where this little cove is.
It's on the manukau, now to warn you, kelly tarltons catch their sharks here.
It breaks with a strong wind, and when its stormy<DONT SURF IN STORM ON MANUKAU, reason: currents, chop etc you will be swept away.
Make sure you surf with a group, 2 people wont handle it if you are here!
Preferbaly mal surfing would be best...

I think this spot is good, i walk around to the reef and then jump in with my board, paddle out where the waves are forming.
Normally on a good day, will hold 2 foot soft but fun waves, you will have a ball. |

General |
I love it, beautiful scenery, great excersize walking up the track, just take a thick blanky to sit on as its sand, with some sharp oyster shells there. |
