having surfed this place double overhead pumping its def not a myth, but it rarely breaks, wuldnt bother checking unless its 6ft on the east coast

it is a bit of a false lead this wave hardly breaks and is almost always howling onshore when it does.
very much an experinced surfers break ive seen it claim many a boards and hurt many folk.

Had a look at this break on my way up north. looks like an ok righthander, with the odd set going all the way to the beach. worth a look.
