The straight road go to U.O.G., keep going and when you get to the bottom of the road you'll see it. It's not really a solid place for big waves but it's alright to bust tricks. On windy days, it'll most likely be up. If anything just ask directions to Marine Labatory. It's part of the college.
Find UOG and then go, then follow the road all the way down. You'll end up at a parking lot. Then your there. It's in Mangilao.
Well if you cut left go left side, but watch out for the rocks. Oposite with cutting right
You can surf on left side to cut left. Opposite with right side but near the rock(mid)you can go either way. The parking is not far at all from where the beach is at.
This place is very local yet the atmosphere is very friendly... everyone here act as if they were family... so if you're the type who wants the wave all for yourself, don't come here... also there are many body boarders here.... occasional surfers come by but spongers are the ones seen here the most...

Go early, the hill will block the sun till 7:00. Go late the sun will hit you.
It's a small hill going down after the small stairs. then you will see it. It is not very complicated.
This spot is mainly cutting left.... but it produces rights also... waves close out a lot too... it's advisable to surf this place during high tide since it's very shallow... many hidden boulders can also hurt someone here if they get pounded... LAB is a fun place to surf at whether youre a beginner or not...

I like this spot because it's walking distance for me. And it's very friendly out there
I think it's solid because I live in mangilao and it's walking distance. This is were i first surfed at. I really think the waves are alright there. It's a good day to just practice busting moves and enjoying smooth rides.

never had the chance to surf this spot. ussauly if the lab is good , chances are the other spots on the eastside are perfection and double the size. i'm sure you guys from the lab have caught this place good. hope your still surfing it! stay stoked!!

Lab is solid. fun waves. kinda breaks funny, but really fun to surf. no bad vibes here
