great spot Surfed it head high with about 20 other guys in the water but it was easy to get waves. This place reminded me of a warm water rincon - the inside is so perfect on this wave, you can take off super late and still make the drop because the wave is so clean. Definatly a super fun rippable wave. Could only imagine what it must be like when its actually on.

Namotu You can occasionally get access to the breaks around Namotu Island if you are staying at a couple of the surf camps on Viti Levu. RENDEVOUS and SEA SHELL. I've surfed both Lefts and Swimming Pools while staying at RENDEVOUS, a great place by the way.

Re: Namotu You can't surf at Swimming Pools or Namotu lefts unless you stay on the island. The cost is now slightly over $3000 for week, but that includes airfare and food. There is a long waiting list unless you can score on a cancellation. It's expensive, but totally worth it if you score some surf. Generally for an older crowd. Younger hardcore dudes will have a better time on Tavarua.

what... So in order to surf this place you have to stay at the hotel? Is this a joke or real, cause it seems stupid.I'm going over in a couple of months can any one give me advice? Cheers.
