- who the fuck put this up take it down , rotuma uis ment to be a secret so yes, donmt go there surfs shit and you will get eaten by locals nah surfs pretty much pumps but dont go there you will have no where to stay and it is a very cultural place. they were gonna put up a surf motel staying place but they didnt cos they dont want people going there so unless you know someone from their dont even bother

hey joe - First time I went by ferry to surf and the second time I was passing by yacht and I stoped in to catch up with the people I met and dive and fish. And yes there is swell that hits the island and there are even a couple of set ups. The wind is the problem its never offshore, in either season.

hoax - Ive been there twice, once on a private yacht and once on the ferry. Its a great place with great people but no surf, I spent a month there once and got only 2or3 onshore surfs theres a few set ups, but its always onshore and the beachies are crap, there pretty but not good for surf. Not worth the hassle unless your into true polonesian culture or diving or fishing. But if you go to surf youll be let down.
