Comment: saturday 17th march, 2007. me and a mate paddled out and on my 2nd wave, took off an a 5 footer, freefell, landing sideways in the barrel and got thrown back first into the reef. found out 9 days later i fractured my back (L4 spinous process) this was the wave i got after i got smoked, packin my dacks and sholder-hopping
