We went to this spot in Late Nov 2002 It was Cranking. Lots of whales and near Three bears. No crowd at all as it is a fishing spot
Nice green and blue water color can get cold
Great surfing spot when its working

wicked reef - theres w wicked reef in the bay at sugarloaf rock that on smalled swells like 1 to 1.5 meters is forms a sick left hand barrel that raps around into a air section. on bigger days the swell seems to miss the reef, maybe because of a sand bar or snother reef further out but ive only ever seen it break 2 times. check it next small swell with alot of W in it.
