yoo
what kinda swell does this place work with. it says northwest but i dont see how that wuld get in there. and theres a whole bunch of little islands that look like theyd block any type of swell.

itsnot a reef!
this spot isnt a reef its actually part of a solid granite island.

Reef breaks don't close out ever, you can always shoulder hop them.

Who can't read?
hahaha to the guy below dissing about other guy not makin sense, you must be a fuckn illiterate ganga, clearly if u actually READ the guys comment he said Cyclops was regarded as the heaviest wave in OZ not the world and it is, and he didn't even mention anythin about it being the biggest wave in the world for that matter anyway u absolute fuckwit.......

and secondly the new zealand bloke did say 30ft wich is absolute crap, i come from WA, and that place would be lucky to hold anythin over 16ft+ in wich case it is tooo fast for even tow-ins and usually unsurfable or closes out.....

can u even read mate....look into that ay, to sum it up you're just a kooooook in general...

comment by johnss, 2008-04-21 12:26:15

Bunch of kooks
First of all to the kiwi faggot, cyclops does not reach the size of 30ft, it probably maxes out at around 20ft at the most! wen they say its regarded as the heaviest wave in Oz does not mean its biggest wave at the same time u tosser (stay in New Zealand), and secondly to the 14 year old dondi below, who are u kiddin mate, by the way u sound i doubt u can even stand up on a stick n probaly cry if u copped a 1ft wave on the head, let alone surf clops, n even tho i got nothin against surfers, after watchin countless videos of both surfers and bodyboarders charging it, its obvious that bodyboarders have and always will dominate this place, end of story
