Eagles Nest
Eagles Nest requires a fairly large south swell. If there's too much west in the swell then it tends to break on the reef behind the rock and the swell loses it energy. Woolamai would need to be around the 6-8 foot mark before it breaks. The best part of the wave is a section called Bone Yards where it sucks up off the reef and can sometimes barrel a bit. The rest of the wave can tend to get a bit fat which is ideal for beginners.
