Bodysurf central - Hell Shorey is a great place for lidders and bodysurfers. I don't use a lid but I do like to bodysurf there and get pummelled by waves. Intense power in these fellas that break in as shallow as 60cm deep water. Would be really easy to break your neck here. I've seen a few folk have to crawl back up the beach after copping it bad on the head. Waves pick you up and throw you round like you were a speck of sand.

???? - there is a reaL tanned bodyboarder here he has a blue nmd board. he is a fagget and he drops in on anyone and if you even look at the same wave as him he yells at you seriusly people like this need to get fuked.
