Great waves for beginners when it's small. When there is a large bay swell Crunchie earns it's name with fast pealing hollow sections.

Try this wave when you are learning or when all the other beaches are not holding big swells. Great wave when it reaches 2-2.5 meters. It is also well protected from strong NW to Westerly winds. Also like pines is good on a SW wind.

went to leo on a big swell suicide was huge but wind blown didnt even bother bout 2nd reef or honeysuckle to big and wind torn to so we decided to head to crunchie. this place was great protected from the wind and nonoe out. was about 4-5ft on the bigger sets. the best i have ever seen it. only gets like this once in a while the rest of the yr its a begginers wave

over rated
this is a overated beginners wave inless u just want to be shit for the rest of youre life, seconds nd shit r way better and flater unlike crucnchies wich you have to be prtty good to much the sections.
