Seven Mile Point is locared furter up Storm Bay from Lauderdale Point.. not far from Hobart Airport and well signposted. The point is located at the southern end of Seven Mile beach.
Great wave..long rides and super rippable!! but be prepared to get hassled!! When it works it is SUPER crowded!!
Park Anywhere you can get a spot, don't block people in though, you may be missing your car later on. Don't throw any rubbish around, the neighbours take number plates.

Atmosphere
Low tide is best. Works better on a SE to S swell but will work on a massive SW 5.5 meters plus!
Heaps of people when it breaks cause it doesn't break all that often, no real localism, just have to scratch to get a wave.
General
One of the most FUN waves in tassie.. super long and super fun!
when place is on it is awesome. is one of the fatter points around hobart but probaby longest. when good can break for 500+ metres. For it to work the beachies around south arm need a solid 5 to 6' atleast.

will say two things about this place one is this place rocks, world class when its on, two ride a motor bike there so you can get a park close enough without having to walk 20 min, way over crowed when on but still waves for everyone.
