Forget the men in the grey suits...The scariest thing I've seen out there was this long-haired type (not a hippy but...more your Fabio love-god retread) surfing in budgie-smugglers!! I shit you not! A local apparently...local, schmokel...that kinda stuff just aint on...must get kinda lonely up that way...
