Just my opinion - Nice place to stay, but a bit overpriced. Surfed this break a lot over the years. The banks change a lot due to the creek outflows, and the winds here are onshore most of the time, but on the seldom occasion it goes offshore this break is fantastic. There are some bloody good surfers here. I wouldn't recommend this break for a learner, though. This one's pretty dumpy, and you need to be able to do late takeoffs to get most of the waves here.

- yeah sunshine beach is an o.k. place to learn, but a better place might be one of the points on the noosa heads. p.s. anyone know a surfer girl from sunshine beach called reanna?
