Accross from Maroochy maccas and walk past the showers.
Driving from maroochy ya get to maccas and go till the road starts to turn and its on ya left hand side just walk threw the gap between the shower and the caravan park.
Go to alex maccas and its about 100m away just left of the two showers down the steps and your standing at it try about 50m north it depends what sorta swell we have.
A few older peoples get out but it only makes it friendly. Locals are ledgends and easy unless you decide to drop in on them, and then its gunna be fun for you trying to catch 1 all day.

Atmosphere
Locals are all legends and just don't drop in on people if you do expect to get dropped in on a lot. Also when you paddle out don't bail or dive to far down coz you will get pownded.

It goes of when it's on. But a waste of energy when its under 3foot.

yer bra i grew up on this break and am one of many M77A locals and this place rulz jst dont snake or drop in or ya not gettin a wave or u'll get a beating in shore

if im not out at secrets carties rock and pocket and all them i go to pipes i am a regular on my bodyboard has some fun little breaks and the surfers are real nice it is worth a look and when it picks up u gaurenteed some nice fun barrels are a decent size great to get out there

fully hectic the waves were too big i couldnt stay on my board! i broke my snow board riding them and lost my weed
