only breaks around high tide during howling south-easters and cyclones. worth a look when Lamberts Beach is out of control.
Atmosphere
i lived at Slade Point for 12 years and only saw the point break nicely a few times. a couple of big rocks off the point block most of the potential.

Hard to imagine... - ...can any significant swell pass the Barrier Reef and generate waves at this point?
