Atmosphere |
If the beaches are ugly; ie crowded, huge, closing out etc, then Shelly will usually have a nice little wave. All types of surfers go out, Longboarders, shortboarders, body boarders and even goat boats occasionally. Shelley tends to be less crowded than the rest of Cronulla. |

General |
I really like this spot. I find it easy to get out the back, with an easy rock jump access. Then there is a beach to come into when you are finished. |
