balmoral isnt at all its cracked up 2 be.
on the weekend wen sydney was hit wiv the big storm i checked it out it was 2 foot close outs in other words crap! and u get the rich mosman kids trying body board losers i tell u. if u wonna go 2 a real place go 2 dubriod head it was crackin! and people say that the beaches get maxed out wen theres a wave there well thats bull i went 2 manly on friday and brown water on sat and it was an easy 10 ft and fine

Seriously now...
A few points:
I live in the area. The most Balmoral is ever good for is a novelty dig. Inside the shark nets can have a 2-3 foot wave before you are surfing outside the shark nets.
I have photos and video of Balmoral at a fun size of 2-3 foot and offshore. On this day, pretty much every single ocean beach/reef was blown out or maxed out.
Also in the harbour, there are a shitload of spots in great positions that will handle the swell and what is usuually a shitty wind direction. I know one spot, Dobroyd, which is probably one of the premier big wave spots in Sydney. I have footage of it at 15 feet with guys towing in.
Seek and you shall find. If you want to write of the harbour as for 'pussies', then fine, enjoy trying to surf maxed out windblown shit whilst I'm getting spat out of pits at perfectly formed Dobroyd or having a cruisy little air sesh at Balmoral inside the nets.
FYI, I'm not 13, I'm not even at school, and I don't live in Mosman.

balmoral is the best
balmoral spots are the best you can get, some of the spots in balmoral are better and even bigger than place such as pipeline, teauphoo and jaws. so if you ever think balmoral spots are crap so you wont go in we will know that you are just to scared to go in.

balmoral is good balmoral is crap. who cares, when the swell is running there are plenty of other spots in sydney harbour which practically no one surfs that are better than the exposed spots. Do a little bit of research and the next time the swell is running get out there, you will be suprised how good it can get. Let those kooks surf at balmoral while they watch u get kegged in solid 8 foot and get spat out.
One spot is dobroyd bommie, biggest I have seen that is 15-20 foot, people were towing in. step up from balmoral.

yeh i agree with you mr. pussies. you know what you're talking about. you rock. i can just see it now: a few weeks ago, on 'big sunday' when it was 20ft along the sydney and south coast coasts, all the little-bitch, rich mosman kids were just pissing themselves with excitement: "hooray!" they cried "we're going to have epic 2ft balmoral and those chargers will probably hit up 3ft mansions! we must be the biggest chargers in sydney" why the fuck would you waste ur time in the harbour when its off-its-tits along the rest of the coast. or, if you do need a 'novelty' wave, go hit up 10ft womp. pussies
