Goes well when its small and offshore - picks up a fair bit of swell. good alternative when everywhere else is crowded. hates onshore winds. easy take off, with a nice long wall easy to work with the occasional section to hit.works best in offshore but is protected from the n/e wind.often good sand bars along the beach

Greet,sIm writing from Europe...I hear merewether has a decent, consistent surf, but what's great about the place is that it's a real surf community.Iheard the local crew is pretty cool and that everyone surfs...Is that the truth?
