go to umina and drive over the hill. Pass pearl beach and keeping on going, when u get to patonga drive to the camping area and park ur car. walk along the edge of the creek until u get to the break.
i think the size is in reference to the open ocean swell size before it gets into the bay, unless its east. though ive only seen it at 3 feet, but it wasnt a huge swell outside the bay.
