Pretty nice spot, fun, easy waves. Locals are good people, just respect everyone in the water. Gets crowded in the school holidays especially South Shelly. Pick a sand bank and have a good day. Can get swell 6ft+ but cant handle it very well.

south shelly cant really hold anything over 5ft but other then that its alrite. gts really packed in the chrissy holiys.
some good banks towards north shelly but also genreally packed
some quality reek breaks right on the south end of the beach
