- this spot was breaking when others were flat. Best waves were to the north. There are longboards to rent every 100 yards. Warm water and pretty beach.

any surf in phuket in july? - hi we're headed to phuket on 29 jul and were wondering if we should bring our surfboard and bodyboard. We're intermediate surfers and wondering which beach will be good to surf during our 5-day trip. Appreciate any advice. ;)

what's the sufr like ? - I'm going to thailand in 10 weeks time and was wondering what the surf was like ? i've just learned to surf and also wanted to know if it was o.k. for beginers? also would i be able to hire a board whe i'm there as i haven't bought one yet ? thanks kev

warm windy and fun - on my first trip to Phuket I couldnt beileve there was waves but there are. dont go expecting indo quality but it is fun and lots of great partying ands cheap too
