it is basically a pier area where they are loading raw materials for cement and for cement as well. when coming from manila, you can ride on a bus going to the north and it would take you 6-hour trip from manila.it is accessible by the use of a jeepney (a public utililty vehicle)from the province' city-capital, san fernando city, la union.

This spot is so lame and weak it should be a lake. There's nothing here that even a beginner can learn from. The only thing this "spot" is good for is learning how to float!
