Too easy! Carpark with a view and simple beach-break paddle out.
This is a great place to surf with punchy waves. It is awesome in winter but you've really got to like cold (freezing) water. The locals are very cool and you won't have any hassles (unless you're an idiot).
Kindly asking for information on Kokofu Mayor's Office

living in Hiroshima - Does anyone know if there are spots in this vicinity that I can get to w/out a car? I'm living in Hiro. City & am looking for an accessible break for weekends &/or day-trips... I hear Hamada is decent, but can I get there?
