visiting from north shore oahu . first time in japan , would like a little help finding my way and scoring some waves , im in tokyo , but would like to get down to chiba mon -thurs for surf 6/20 - 8/20 willing to share exspenses with right person/persons intrested in same ? i have very little japaneses speaking and could use some help finding my way ?

hey i plan on going to japan next march any one know how the surf ie that time of year?
