Its about an hour North of the town of Krui, which is about 6 hours from Bandar Lampung on mainland Java. You need to fly there from Jakarta or Bali. Don't want to say too much but just follow the main road and you will get there eventually :) With luck you will see an epic right (Jimmys Right) and the other side of the bay is the Left
A very hollow wave on a sharp and shallow coral reef. Often blown out bc it's exposed to trade wind. Watch out, the last section of the right ends on dry reef and is extremely dangerous.

The spot needs a good swell to start working, but when it's on it's extremely powerful! The coral is razor sharp so watch out.

Jimmy's is not as perfect as described above. It's a sometimes wave, bc it's exposed to the trade wind and bc it needs a lot of swell to work. Plus the coral there is scary! Super sharp. I suspect that some surfcamps in the area are trying to attract people by hyping up some of the spots... A beautiful place though.

what inspires someone to jump on here and post the surf and how to get there,i think i know!!! cause when i've been there,on a solid day,these package deals cocks want to surf indo's tubes and all kitted out with there super dooper clobber or board bags and apparel,pulling up at jimmys with there package deal driver all excited to have a crack,it was just my friend and i surfing,and we see a car then they suit up and walk the reef and jump in about 100 meters past the end of the break and paddle up the point and they were out there for about 15 minutes watching my mate and i get tubed of our tits, and i pulled up on the shoulder where the package boys were sitting and there all happy faces and hellos and they say to me ahhhh not really doing it today is it. i said are u kidding me . and then paddled in about 200m past the reef and jumped in there car,we figured they had been to good for 6-8 foot frangers and decided there package deal bums back to krui beach front to surf the big stuff. oh by the way if your wondering they were americans ,and there on my shit list infront of brazilians,really just 99% idiots. andy >>>>>>your in the good 1% . this place is for hardcores only,crazy local poo's and wierd strains of malaria and hep.enjoy
