Onshore winds in Bali - Whoever said the trade wind in Bali comes up around 10am is full of shit, after 5 road trips to catch east coast waves pre-dawn, it was 12+ knots onshore at 6am on 3 out of 5 times, and glassy on only 2, with no change in the wind forecasts-it's a lottery- but you still have to pay the driver etc.

Surfboards price in Bali - I was wondering if anyone knew how much boards go for in Bali. I'm traveling there this summmer from Japan and I dont want to carry boards with me so plan on buying 2 once I arrive. Could anyone recommand a good place to get descent used boards, from 6'2 to 7'6... Thanks a lot!

- Sanur (4-6ft waves)
- Serangan (4-6ft waves)
- Nusa Dua (4-8ft waves)
- Green Balls (4-6ft waves)

Other surf spot still have waves only not as big as during dry season
