I am planning a surf trip to India in July/August and I am thinking of going to Vizag.

Kite Surfinf in Goa - I have never seen any surfers in Goa, but you may want to try Kerala state, which is south to Goa and is said to have higher waves.

On the other hand, there are a lot of KITE surfers in Goa. The best conditions for kite surfing are in February and March.

In fact, I am working a job of kite surfing instructor in Goa.
