Take off spot normally on small rock boil in front of the storm water outlet pipe - Pipe - geddit? Works best on pushing tides in light onshore (easterly) and offshore (south westerlies) As swell size increases so the likelihood of killer lefts at the back sandbar increases.
Over 6 ft gets super washy and unpredictable - head for Rincon Millers Avvos

Pap - I think pipe is 1 of the worst spots in PE,its too fickle and when its big and low tide you should rather be at the back of clubhouse coz pipe is a waste of time!

or not - Picture 3 that i took is meant to be pollock beach (the beachbreak called clubhouse) and not pipe. So lets not all get confused now.

pathetic - get real, if you'r older than 10 its impossible to surf it unless your board is 10 foot long! no kidding, the worst wawe ever, hate it. kidds staying close and can't drive anywhere else surfs there!
