Noordhoek consists of two spots. Noordhoek Rights, known as Noordhoek, and Rocky's which is a hollow Left, breaking on a shallow rocky shelf. Both waves are average to good, depending on swell direction, period and wind. Easy paddle out via the Boot Launch allows you to miss the urchins.

is that true - i think that when people hear the word wildside, they think big fish, i've spend hours and hours at this spot and never seen a shark, the water i admit sometimes look scary but mostly the reef is crystal cleer!

Shark attack last week - A british guy got attacked by a great white here last week! He fought it off and got away with his life and even all his limbs but a couple of very big holes! I understand it is the second attack in this beach so watch ur back

surfing at nordhoek - yeah, surfin @ nordhoek can be cool, depends on swell and weather, although boot launch allows u 2 miss the urchins, the rox and sharks are the problem...the other local spots in p.e like shelly's in bluewater bay, or even the local stuff like hobie beach, that kicks ass...
