so true wow bud, that is so true. you actually sound like one of the locals who we use to look up to at good ol snake. i remember how you guys use to thrash that wave and give all the wankers that use to come to the break during the gunston 500 because they couldnt surf their so called local spot, and give them such hell. that was awsome.i also can recall when i would finish school on a friday afternoon, head to the beach, get some killer waves. and then waiting upon my parents to pick me up, would check you guys out, having a couple of beers and really enjoying yourselves after a good session. man, how i use to think how i would be like you guys. yeahanyways you keep on keeping on, you guys gave me inspiration for free surfing and exprression

Snake Park, Durban There is only one Snake Park in SA, if there is such a place in PE it diffinatly came after the Snake Park in Durban. Snake Park itself is called that due to being directly infront of guess what a "REPTILE PARK!" Quick Motion was the local surf club which predominatly used Snake Park in the in the late 80 - early 90,before the beachfront was rejeveated(?) in the early 90's. Snake Park was a predomiantlt "LOCALS ONLY" break however most of that localism has gone now with the surfers of that generation "slowly" reaching middle age. However it still a small local only atmosphere but only really when the surf's good and the locals get back together. Snake Park though is often less crowed than other local breaks and has offers a left off a sand bar to the middle of the beach or lefts or rights off the Barrell shaped pier.
